    Re: April 2019 Figure Release

Regarding the Colonial Brits, the wounded redcoat is wearing a uniform jacket in a pattern issued later, during the Boer War. Nice to see some non-Zulu/24th Foot African War figures! Might this be a...

    Re: Sharpe?

I'd go for that as well... probably the tipping point that would get me into Napoleonics.

  5. Re: As the last note of the Bugle fades, Old Glory falls

Well, if we are to truly count rivets, the National Colour was never carried in the field until 1884... Custer's command had seven guidons lost with them- five Stars and Stripes swallowtailed Troop...

    Re: New Conte plastic?

It almost seems like some people WANT Conte to fail. He's released some of the best products on the market over the past few decades. I won't get my hopes up too much over a major revival but I'm...

  10. Re: KING & COUNTRY Dispatches -- January 2019

    John Ford Cavalry Column

Are there any plans to continue the marching column of US 5th CAV? I'd love to see some NCOs, more Troopers, perhaps a CPT Nathan Brittles or a LTC Thursday.
  14. Re: KING & COUNTRY Dispatches -- September 2018

While we're at it, how about a mounted 2LT O'Rourke and SGT Quincannon?

    Re: The Real West...

In other news, the VA has decided this unlucky NCOs claim for PTSD and various physical ailments as a result of Apache torture is not service connected.
  16. Re: Wich reworking K & C items would you like to see

With the US Cav series, I'd like to see the 5th CAV and 10th CAV sets offered with both Anglo and African American heads. Would give collectors a chance to add a good number of Troopers at little...

Re: John Ford's Cavalry on the Move

Also, as a sidenote, does Andy have any plans to continue the Little Bighorn or Buffalo Soldiers series within TRW?

Re: John Ford's Cavalry on the Move

I'd respectfully have to disagree with you. The only allusion to the regimental colour being on the pack train comes from 1LT Godfrey. After such a serious defeat, one can't blame the surviving...

King & Country vs. Black Hawk

How do Black Hawk figures scale against K&C figures? I was thinking about picking up a few Black Hawk 7th Cavalry troopers to go with my K&C.

  24. Re: Question on resculpting/converting figures

    Hi Jon,

Your work is absolutely incredible... Really enjoyed browsing through your website.

Do you know if the heads offered by Hornet Models scale well with TSSD?
  25. Re: Question on resculpting/converting figures

    Thanks for the responses!

    Now a quick follow-on question...

I want to replace the stock heads on several TSSD figures in question with alternate, bare heads. Does anyone know of a source for...
