I really like that Battle of the Bulge diorama with all the various multiples of the defeated and surrendering Germans marching back into captivity. Extraordinary effort and looks great. ^&cool
That is a lot of running around just before the holidays. As fun and glamorous as a European tour sounds I'm sure it's a lot of work and no doubt a grind. Here's wishing all involved at K&C from the humble painters in the factories right up to the head honcho Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year...
Great warbird, my favourite for sure. The RAF series is one of K&C's best IMO and I always enjoy seeing dioramas using them. Nice work. I especially liked the moving propeller effect. ^&cool
As always the London show is simply overwhelming. Pouring over the photos is quite the task, so much to see and take in I can only imagine being there in person would be that much more sensory overload! {sm2} {sm4} Thanks to all who take the time to share photos for us collectors who can't...
True! They look upset about those releases...if it were me I'd be right at that table with a stupid grin on my face! Feels like a "2nd" monthly dispatch! {sm3} Lots of cool pieces on display. I keen on seeing those redcoats, they look very nice. Always nice to see boats of any kind as well.
What a great collection. I really like how its organized. I'm going to attempt to set mine up something like that in due time. My favourite is the RAF base.....spectacular! Thanks for sharing.
Certainly an upgrade from the FOV version. ^&cool I'm really surprised more manufacturers haven't produced this AFV. Shame the Allies didn't get this tank into their arsenal until the war was almost over. It likely would have saved a lot of lives that were lost using the inferior tanks they were...
Well another year of dispatches has come and gone, my oh my the time does fly by. Where does the year go? :( A nice quiet dispatch for my collecting habit..........thankfully as I have a want list a mile long! :redface2: The Jagdpanther is by far the standout for me. I have the old version and...
No surprise to me that on this section of the forum we're mostly slamming KnC light! {eek3}This release really isn't meant for us discerning collectors who value the more detailed and expensive pieces so ofcourse it will fall well short of our increasingly high expectations.
Interestingly if...
I wasn't aware that there is one more "drop" to go for OMG. Clearly there is more subject matter that could be done. K&C have never expanded the series beyond the Arnhem action so I doubt we'll see that happen going forward. D-Day Brits, Americans and Germans will have to suffice for those other...
I constantly marvel at Gordon's diorama's and this one is no exception. In particular the groundwork is super. I was looking at this setting and the detail and realism is superb. Notice the little saplings sticking out of the ground in the foreground. Even taking off the K&C pieces the scenery...
What I'd like to see and what I'd likely buy are certainly two different things. Many of the planes mentioned on this thread would be really cool however given my limited funds, a lack of space for these big birds in 1:30th scale and competing interests I'd have to say a Japanese navy zero in...
Really nice diorama's. The USAAF series is one of K&C's best IMO. ^&cool I've got most of them and I don't think they get the credit and attention they deserve given the "grey" wave washing over the hobby right now.
YES!!!!! That is a piece looooong overdue. I need a GMC truck in my collection. No D-Day scene with Amercans is complete without it! In fact many D-Day American vehicles need to be done or updated. K&C has done a great job bringing us German and British vehicles but the most numerous and ones...
