Finally some CANADIAN content! I've said it before but K&C really do a great job of making figure faces with character that actually look like different people from that era. The new mounties are the case in point. The WWI pieces are also really good. I've been asking and waiting for a...
Spectacular pieces and a wonderful collection. I hate looking at it because it makes me want to dabble into yet another line that I can ill afford to do!!! :salute::
Great pics..............it reminds me that us collectors need an American Deuce and a half. Any WWII U.S. collection is incomplete without that iconic vehicle.
For the first time in my collecting history we see K&C doing two monthly releases!!! {sm2} Hope this is not a new thing as I can't even keep up with the regular monthly dispatches! ^&grin
You know what they say....."Any landing you can walk away from is a good landing"! Nice display even though it pains me to see a Spitfire shot down.
I've always thought that allowing the French to retake their capital after all the bloodshed and suffering the US forces endured to get there speaks volumes about how wonderful Americans are, very special people.
Excellent diorama. The USAAF is one of my favourite K&C series and I've got many of them in my collection. I've even been tempted to pick up one of those K&C wooden B-17's but @ over $2000 reality ( and sanity ) usually kicks in, not to mention @ 1/30ish scale the sheer size of a piece like that...
Those FOB series Tommies were amongst the first pieces I picked up for my collection over a decade ago and I think they still hold up well. wwiibuff you always make wonderful scenes thanks for being so generous in sharing your displays its much appreciated. :salute::
Don't exactly know what it is about paratroopers but they are always my favourites. Great backdrop to set the tone for this display. One of the best airdrop displays I've seen. Kudos. :salute::
I like all those suggestions. We need some Allied Pacific theatre planes and ground crew for sure. They would look incredible in my display case. ^&cool
Nice group of pictures highlighting what I think is one of the most underrated lines that K&C make. One of my favourite things to collect are planes and their supporting ground crews from both the Axis and Allies in WWII. I'm very curious to see what releases are upcoming for the USAAF, RAF...
That 250 is such a nice piece,. K&C did a nice job on that one. Still one of my favourites for sure. I wonder when we will see more camouflaged Waffen SS for D-Day opposition to my Allies? It's been awhile since the last release. Even camouflaged Fallshirmjager's would be cool. Nice pics.
Commonwealth pieces from K&C's D-Day series are one of my favourite lines to collect. I'm always curious to see what will be released next. Nice diorama, thanks for sharing.
Excellent diorama. The older OMG pieces stand up well. The Sherman is still one of my all time favourite pieces. The Arnhem buildings and rubble effects just add a great touch to your display. Well done! :salute::
Just received my JN009 "Hiryu" version of the iconic Zero and as expected I think its a terrific piece. Takes me back to my youth when I enjoyed viewing "Baa Baa Black Sheep" on TV. I also got JN006 "Imperial Navy Pilot with Headband" to go with it. Nice figure. I'm glad I got one before they...
