Well there's at least one other idiot here! I've always loved pirate art, stories, books and figures. I've painted a few pirate figures and have the entire Conte series. Sign me up, Matey!! Arrrghh.

Wow! Those are fantastic!! And some different poses! I'm on board for those when they show up at my dealer! IMO this is one of K&C's best series.

I think it's all about marketing, profits (!) and conveninece, Brad. With some minor effort and a little "magic wash", we can easily duplicate any pre-mixed colors out there. If you can't mix a simple wash, then ...... step away from the brush, Sir; step away from the brush. {sm4}
