Kudos, great job, tip of the hat should be given to something exceptional, not on responding to something that went wrong. That would be sad, because the bar for exceptional is so low, as just responding to a complaint..

With part of this hobby relying on Internet sales( maybe mostly), it is nice to see how things are going, and if there are any slips or mistakes, that is happening, so for myself, I would like to see it hashed out in the forum,and not kept quiet ,if every buyer just contacts the manufacturer...
