I bought a similar plane years ago. Cut off everything weird (tail wheel, wires, etc); used a Dremel tool to grind off the rough edges, painted the fabric a linen color with the wood brown, and added roundals. All an all it came out pretty good . . . pretty much in scale, too! Have fun! Bosun Al

The set shown with the three figures (woman, sgt maj, pvt) is, in fact, an AQM set, shown in the 2007 catalogue as: TB37 ‘GOODBYE DOLLY GREY’ - Infantry Private, Sgt. Major and Dolly Grey. Bosun Al

Just a guess here, but the Brit infantrymen and the woman waving goodbye reminds me of a set called "Goodbye, Dolly Gray", or something similar. Perhaps this will trigger some memories. Another set I'd like to add to my collection. I think the screw gun set might be Steadfast . . . Bosun Al
