Probably my biggest collection is the Anglo Zulu War with Britains and Thomas Gunn figures. Nice to see John Jenkins coming on the scene. I will be very interested in these and to see if Zulus are in the pipeline.
Wonderful collection Mark. You should be very proud of what you have attained over the years and now to display this so perfectly is quite an achievement. Keep on collecting. Greg.
There is something about the Germans that attracts collectors. Whether it's their uniforms, their vehicles or equipment, we just can't resist. I'm guilty as well. Good diorama Rob. Greg.
Your not wrong about Romans being popular Robin. They are probably my biggest collection of different time periods. Yourself and Rob have shown some of the most memorable dioramas on the Forum. I have 5 permanent dioramas and numerous spare figures and this is one of my favorite scenes. Greg.
Great completion of your battle scene Jason. Roman military dioramas look spectacular and your cavalry provide that look. Greg. https://forum.treefrogtreasures.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=294577&d=1676092264
I like the period you are portraying in your dioramas Jason. The Roman cavalry in mass look great. I'm looking forward to see how you bring the Iceni into your diorama. I have done a few dioramas with Roman versus opposition, namely Gauls and Germans but no Iceni. I was fortunate to have a lot...
Your diorama instantly brings back memories of films featuring Mounties like North West Mounted Police and The Wild North. That's the wonder of toy soldiers, they rekindle things that had an impression on us. I'm sure you would have seen both. Regards Greg.
