I was kicking myself at first when I made an impulse purchase for it-but when I received it I was thrilled. I've owned several HB items in my day, but this has got to be my favorite:

Yep it’s spectacular, my favourite German tank as well. Neat camo. Worth every penny. Robin.

Nice pic's Mike and I've managed to pick this one up as well, it's a great piece.

Great model. Really like it. Figures and photography enhance the model.

Thanks guys, HB sure created some beautiful vehicles. I recall they did a 'gold series' or such for custom versions (?)-wish I'd done one

I've been told a seller from Canada is trying to sell a Gold Edition Tiger tank for 8 grand, maybe you'll feel the impulse to buy that one too while you're at it..................

Lol, Id have to be able to live in it-my my wife would toss me out in a heartbeat

I also have this version of the HB Jagdpanther and it is my favorite armor piece that I own. Love the camo and the piece itself is superbly detailed. HB made armor that was ahead of it's time. -- Al

Your impulse was right! Looks great indeed, thanks for the photos-

Joe

I have it with original packaging (same tricolor camo with two figures), I would be interested in changing it to the First Legion DAK041, if anyone is interested, you can leave me a private message, thank you.

I had the same impulse you did!{sm4}

Hey Louis, I had the tri colour JP, and the Winter version but sold them both when I obtained the Collectors Showcase JP. When was the Ambush pattern version pictured released, was it before or after the others?

Matt,

I think they were released at the same time. Probably because of popularity the Ambush version was harder to come by. I first got the two tone reddish brown and beige version, then the winter version, but I always wanted this version. Now if I could just find someone willing to part with the Gold Edition Sturmtiger, I would have at least one of every Honour Bound vehicle.

The Ambush versions sure were rare, good luck finding that Gold edition Sturm.
