Hi Guys and Shalom!

Here are a couple of “work-in-progress” shots of our next IDF vehicle... The US-made M38 Jeep mounting a 106mm Recoilless Rifle on the back...As can be seen the vehicle includes 2x Israeli figures.
This will be a great little addition to our “Six-Day War” series.

Best wishes and happy collecting!
Andy

its getting better and better, this is a great set !!!!!
guy:smile2:

Brilliant marketing from the initial release & pricing to subsequent future product teasers.

IMO, That's the way to launch a new range

I`m very familiar with that vehicle. Just do not push the trigger on the 106mm with the vehicle backed up to a wall! If You do! SURPRIZE! Nicely done Andy!

Thankyou Carlos for the very kind words...This new series is something very different for myself and K&C...Over the years we have tried, whenever possible, to get into other periods and subject matter that have been less 'explored'...

Sometimes this works out...sometimes ...less so...BUT it sure as hell always makes life interesting and challenging...and stimulating!

The Six-Day War is and will be an exciting challenge for K&C and the collectors who are beginning this particular 'exploration' with us... Onwards into battle!
Best wishes to yourself, Bill and our other friends, Andy.

Another winner! Sculpting looks great........some great dioramas are being inspired.

Not my particular area of interest, but I must say what a magnificent vehicle that is..

This whole series seems very detailed and rendered well.

As a collector I applaud King & Country for being innovative and taking a risk on this series as they have done on so many other projects. I know it has been well received on the forum and I also know that it has been well received by many of the collectors that I have spoken to at Sierra.

Besides enjoying the current figures/vehicles, I also find myself really looking forward to what will be coming out next!

Once again, a big Thankyou to ALL of you guys for your support and encouragement on this new series!

Later today I'm going into China to meet our sculpting team and collecting some additional Israeli figures and, I hope, our first 'Egyptian/Syrian' figure...

It's always exciting to view, in person, the sculpts themselves. Although I may have seen them before in photos the team sends to HK nothing compares to actually picking them up, turning them around and closely studying the figures with the Mk. 1 Eyeball!!!

On these regular visits myself and 2 of our HK staff take up the latest raft of sketches, reference photos and other material for the next projects to be worked on. One of the many advantages of living and working in Hong Kong is our close proximity to the team in China and the factories we work with.

On that cheerful note...Muchas Gracias for ALL your enthusiasm and encouragement...ALL of us truly appreciate it and never take it for granted! Best wishes and happy collecting, Andy.

Congratulations on getting your 3rd. IDF figure.

Re: Previewing the Egyptian/Syrian opposition...Once I have the sculpts completed I will be delighted to share some pix with yourself and the rest of the Forum.

Best wishes and happy collecting, Andy.

This new range is beyond promising: it's a fantastic reality that just keeps getting better. Just received my IDF combo with all the figures and the tank and the are awesome! I had promised myself that I would never venture out of wwii but this was simply irresistible... Couldn't be happier by breaking a promise! Congratulations Andy for this new range and for the quality and pricing you aimed at! I'm sure you won't be disappointed with the collectors response! This jeep is great, and I can't wait to get what other marvelous surprises awaits us in your production pipeline.

Believe me my friend and fellow collector it's terrific to read such an enthusiastic response to this exciting new series!

Like you I too am a major WW2 guy BUT it's great to venture beyond 1939-1945 from time to time and realize just what else is out there...It can be very liberating and exhilarating to discover so much more about other wars, soldiers and battles. It also refreshes the creative juices so that when we do return to WW2 subject matter we look at it with a new perspective.

With what we have already in the works we will do our level best not to disappoint you...
best wishes and happy collecting! Andy.
