I have a K&C DD107/British LCA. Were these craft used or even exist at the time of the Dunkirk evacuation? Or were they a more modern invention???

Yes, there were about a dozen at Dunkirk

There were 13 of them . 5 were lost when the merchant ship transporting them was sunk, the 8 others took about 2000 British and French troops from the beaches of Dunkirk and La Panne
