Repair Needed for K & C Wooden Plane (2 Viewers)

I am looking for someone who can repair a K & C Wooden Warbird, made in the Philippines. I purchased this plane, knowing it came with chip, thinking my friend Mike De Marco could fix it. Unfortunately he can’t because of the way these planes are painted, which uses many coats.

If there is anyone out there who can fix this chip so it looks almost as good as new, please contact me.

Of course, I will pay for all costs.
