K&C's little Panzer II Ausf. B (AK113) takes me back to the enjoyment of Rat Patrol episodes with Sgt. Troy foiling the many plots of Capt. Hans Dietrich. Armed with two jeep-mounted machine guns, a well-placed Molotov cocktail always found itself blowing up Dietrich's DAK yellow school bus convoy. Perhaps it's the commander's red goggles that remind me of the "shop glasses" that Eric Braeden always wore (a nice touch by K&C I might add). She's a bit pricey but a rather limited run. I had to break her out this morning to revisit.
The Panzer II also reminds me of color photographs I've seen in Osprey books and WWII artwork. She's a real beauty, the Panzer II Ausf. B (additional figures sold separately):
