A very nice set-up...and a an extra good use for that abandoned Turkish/Italian field gun!
Look forward to seeing more of your work...

Best wishes and happy collecting! Andy.

Thanks Andy,

in fact at the outbreak of the war Italian Army had still in service many (more than 1.500) 75/26 mod. 1906 field guns and most of it were in the inventory of the infantry divisions in North Africa. It's not the same gun.....but it's close ;)

cheers,
Roberto

Quite impressive. I enjoy scenes where there is attention paid to the little things like the discarded shell casings, bucket, shovel and everyday objects, etc.
Nicely done.

Hi Roberto,

that’s a good idea. I’d like to make the same think. It looks to me you’ve made an excellent diorama. I always prefer to focus on what has happened at the end of the battle.
I love too K&C desert war series. Shall we remind Andy to keep his promise about “Folgore” ?

Best regards

Enrico :)

P.s. : I’ve appreciated your attention to Cirenayca theater. :rolleyes2:

Yes agree the desert dio's are great to do, especially knowing there are plenty of accessories available to enhance the scene. Well done. Robin.

Great looking desert scene. Well done. Love the 8th Army sets.

Many thanks Enrico,

I'm among those who are expecting the Folgore figurines but......Andy is a great guy...and a skilled businessman too...I'm sure he would like to satisfy every collector demands but in the end he has to give priority to the big seller series.
Anyway I've have reserved a space for Folgore paras in my little collection of desert war dioramas.......if Andy will make it
cheers,

Roberto

Mossie, I like how you created the diorama scenes with your collection in the display cabinet. I do the same myself :salute::
