Much talk has gone around about DDay and all since the dispatch, just abit of side tracking, am just wondering whether K & C would ever produce Mitsubishi A6M Zero Fighters of Japan?
Ah yes. The best looking radial engine (in-line Spitfire fans, notice I said radial:wink2:^&grin) fighter of WW2. Such a beauty in it's early war Model 21 and light gray paint scheme. Must have one. -- Al
From a collector and commercial point of view I can think of a few other aircraft from the Pacific theatre I would put ahead of a Zero. Corsair, Spitfire and Kittyhawk spring to mind. Even more so if coming with a few figures.
A poll on this forum is one of the worst things that you could do here. All of the self proclaimed experts will come out and question the validity of the poll even if it is amongst toy soldier enthusiasts on a toy soldier web site. {eek3}
