My Visit to K&C HQ & Shop in Hong Kong (1 Viewer)

Last month i decided to take a short holiday and visit Hong Kong as i have never been there before and i have always wanted to see the place. My visit also included the K&C shop in Pacific Place Shopping Centre as well as K&C HQ after i got an invite from Andy. To say i was spellbound at Andy's collection is an understatement and it was fascinating to see the home of K&C Toy Soldiers. A very big thankyou has to go to Andy for taking the time to meet with me for a chat as well as showing me around his collection. I might add that he was busy getting ready for the Chicago TS Show so it was very good of him to do this for me. Andy also allowed me to take pic's of his collection so below is a selection of the pic's but take note that it possibly only represents about half of his collection as i didn't bring a ladder to capture the stuff on the high shelves, :rolleyes2: or the other pic's i took didn't turn out very well. Phew! Here's the last pic's of the HQ collection and i took a close up of a "one off" repainted Matilda Tank for me old mate Howard in Oz. Sorry that it's not very clear mate.

The last two pic's i think Andy was worried that i was going to throw the hand grenade out the window, hence the bouncer look in the next pic!^&grin

Jules, there is a pirate ship in the background and i am sorry that i didn't take a close up for you.

Tom...thanks for sharing these pictures...viewing them was like going to 8 shows at once...there are so many figures on some of the shelves that the bases are hanging off the edge of the glass...pretty extraordinary!!!
