Studio Chevallier

These are our Original Figurine range we purchased from Patrick J D Willis. Formerly of CHOTA SAHIB and SARUM Soldiers Ranges, we bought the entire range and full copyrights from Patrick before 2010.
Originaly from the South of France, and now from our new studio and dedicated new large workshops, Max creates his own range of 1/32 Scale Toy and Figurine soldiers and Models.

These are created and developed from concept sketches and colour designs he makes before deciding upon the "final" new figure pose shape and form.

He has already created in the past three years a ENTIRE BRAND NEW Figure range which is to be launched under the "STUDIO PARIS ART" brand.

A Descendant from Raymond De Tolouse and Empress Maud of Angou, her commander Fitzallan, with lineage traced through Robert the Bruce and William Wallce of Scotland, Maxime Chevallier is a highly creative and articulate, intelligent individual with a strong perfectionism for detail and an observant eye. Inheriting his artistic creative skills from JEAN his Mother, Max returned to his native country France after an ugly seriesof nasty incidents involving his two somewhat "strange" step sister (who stole his house and money and hired a hit man from Wales to kill him !!). Things "serious and difficult" but definately in the past now.

He lives and works in the EU and has no regrets about quitting the UK where he was school'd and grew up. His father is understood to have been the French TV 1970's star and Theatrical Actor Claude Brossett, whom he personaly rememebrs from youth in Paris where he met his Mother.

Jean his Mother trained in Water colour, Oil Painting and Sculpture in Paris and later England. Sadly somewhat hindered and held back by a somewhat obstructive step father, Max returned to the Toy Soldier Hobby Industry in the late 1990's selling second hand out of production toy Soldiers, mainly Plastics, from his two bedroom aprtement in Lakenham, Norwich Norfolk.

Jean Gifted to him one of Alec Tirantis Centricasting machines and a Metal melting Furnace, which formed the backbone of his earleir attempts to enter the Metal or classic Toy Figure Scene.
Intereference in his Plymouth Barbican based Hobby shop and Plymouth Business park Factory by the two troublesome step sisters, led to a move fully to France in around 2010 where, after a series of adventures, he has now set up his lifetime "Dream" to run a small family run Toy Soldier making Business from Home. And NO Morgage debt or other local annoyances either.....

Max's Business, called Legaly "STUDIO PARIS ART" launches literaly tomorrow Morning at 10 AM from the EU.

First to be offerred for sale will include a number of the former Dave Love "MOUNTFORD ARTILLERY" metal Model Kits in 1/32 Scale. Also a series of "Ancients" again in 1/32 scale White metal, including Greeks and Romans will be "on the starting block" too.

The E mail for "Orders" will "go up" soon, and we welcome Genuine Toy Figure and vehicle collectors everywhere.

Regretable but Necessary warning.

Regretably, due to large scale Piracy of our Studio Figurine and ex Chota Sahib product by our former retailer "FROME Model Centre" Catherine Hill Somersetshire (Simon England and family) in Somerset UK, we regret NO UK RETAILER SUPPLIES will be available . Unless and UNTIL the illegal fraud and dishonesty is brought to Justice and he is obliged to return stolen items and re pay ALL of the Money dishoenstly made from several years of illegal piracy selling.

Max will ONLY sell the figures and kits to individual private collectors on a single sale basis, no "large orders".

Due to Spiralling Postage and taxation costs, and rising energy and other Business costs, it is expected the Minimum Order will be 250 Euros.

At this time Max will supply all figures ad kits as white metal unpainted castings, kits and Boxed kits. There are no plans at this time to start tooffer painted sets or figures until test of the market and sales is verified. Maw wishes to offer painted sets and figures and pre assembled kits at afuture date.

If you are an experienced Figure Painter, especially based in the EU Business Zone, kindly submit your CV to Maxime Chevallier for further future consideration. We will up load the service address in the next few days.
