Louis said in his book that only around 20 of this were made. Very rare and beautifully made in Hong Kong. Did you acquire this one from the same source of the Tiger 202?

Yes, they came out of the same collection. Very delicate piece. Interestingly, the wheels do turn, but the gun does not elevate.
