    The American Civil War Diaries

Nice to hear from you. I was just in your country 3 months ago.

    The American Civil War Diaries

I am one Southerner who loathes the Southern cause, but Bob presented history, no glorification of war or a cause. I know what is in my own heart and won't apologize for my own collection, which is about 40% Confederate and 60% Union. It is high time for a bit of correction in Civil War history...

    Frederick Douglass Et Al

I have bought Douglass, Tubman, and Beecher Stowe as well. As a longtime Civil War collector, I feel these are nicely filling a gap, and I hope Britains continues with more civilians.

My September, 2020 Phone Booth Display

Excellent. I love this display. I have 3 small phone booths for CDs. I love the size of this one, and it looks great with your collection. I kind of want one!

    American Civil War Series

I am very happy he did the 54th though. Other than a small number of Britains figures from long ago, matte makers have not done anything with this popular unit.

BBC's THE WAR OF THE WORLDS

Interesting. The old version of War of the Worlds has long been one of my favorite movies.

    The American Civil War Diaries

Incredible! I love the latest "Pickett's Charge" diorama. I have read that there was basically a wall of smoke between the Rebel and Union troops, and it looks like you did a good job of capturing that and the debris of battle.

Sad Day - Passing of Toy Soldier Collector

I am not sure, but I seem to remember buying figures through the mail from Ed once. I do remember seeing photos of his wonderful collection. Thank you for the information about his service during WWII, something that I am sure impresses us all. RIP Ed.

Some dioramas I made over the years about D-day and the battle for Normandy

Extremely good work. I especially remember the one with the man and little girl. I liked that set so much I ordered one for myself.

    KING & COUNTRY Dispatches -- June 2019

Capa would be great. I really like that idea, being a photographer. Can we also get one of the developer who messed up most of his film?

    ‘K&C’s D.DAY’ June 6, 2019

Very glad to see more Rangers. It took me a couple of years, but about 8-10 years ago I managed to gather all of the 2nd Ranger sets to go with an LCA and LCVP that were released around that time. Such great pieces.

    Spotsylvania. 1864

Good work. I was just at the Spotsylvania battlefield again for photography last Saturday, the first time in 10 years. My great-great grandfather was reported wounded from near there in newspaper clippings, but he always said he was wounded in the Wilderness. I have those Conte wounded you use...
