Variants: (color, size, shape) of the flat 2-D bazooka figure. Any idea who made these, and when? Are they still being made?

Reference photos. Hoping to find out who may have made these flat "2-D" soldiers. In my neck of the woods, they're less common that the BMC, or Timmee Toys fully-fashioned 3-D style army men. Thanks for any info.
