My name is Carlos Hernández-Canut. I am Spanish and live in Madrid. I am happily married (37+ years together since I met her) with a wonderful and comprehensive Lady, Lydia, that tolerates my Hobby and we have 2 extraordinary Children, Juan and Alejandra. I am a semi retired banking lawyer. For almost 30 years I was Partner in an international Law Firm. I have been collecting (lead/metal) Toy Soldiers for near all my conscious life (I am 60) but with particular fruition during the last 25 years. I must say that I am not too able in technology (i.e. how to pass photos from my cell to the pc or how to post them, etc) but I´ll do my best! I also run an Instagram Account (@toysoldaddiction ) where I show pieces of my collection and eventually my Friends´s (IG is easy as you upload photos and videos from the cell directly). Everyone is welcomed to visit it. Unfortunately, my collection so far is still in their boxes but I am rehabilitating a building in a country property that we (my Wife and I) own near Madrid which hopefully soon will allow me to exhibit it.
