I have a favor to ask. Will someone familiar with VC Miniatures please help me identify some figures?

If you go on ebay and search vc miniatures under toys and hobbies, there are two soldiers in blue among the 70 listed. The seller does not know what army they represent nor the ethnic background of the troops.


Does anyone know?
