I love the the model of the church in #2 and the overall impression it creates. Made of tin-plate in Gauge 0 by a german company I persume? Glossy figures demand glossy buildings, resulting IMO in a much more harmonic appearance. Pity that there are not many around these days.

Yes, it is made of metal shieds from a German Manufactory: https://www.blechbausatz.de/index.php Costs around 230 Euros + postage. Not cheap, but the money worth. The size is 1:43, but works good with my 52mm Hiriart. - Which is at this time a mix of sizes and time-lines 1900/1914 and also some 1870 (60mm) figures from Team Miniatures. So this started and will be separated into historically more correct parts. (And I have abandoned my former, very puritanical view of mixing similar subjects - and I am already enjoying what I see emerging there.)

As the model is made truly in the old school manner using litographed sheet metal it is understandable why. The process of lithography or silk screen printing on metal - in such moderate numbers - is dirty expensive. Yet, it does look like a very nice future birthday present to myself.

First stage: looking for a new deployment scheme for my Imperial HIRIART troops on my new Warpark floor tiles. The background will be crucial (the trees are not so perfect). And the bases of all Civilian People must be repaint in grey color.
