I sold a set on Ebay, June 2025, the person paid for it and was to be sent via Ebay Global Shipping Programme. I posted in late June 2025, tracked and it arrived at the UK Ebay Global Shipping Programme address 2 days later, which the tracking has confirmed. Their onward tracking said it was posted on to the buyer, but has been delayed. Not yet delivered. He complained to me, i sent him the links and said get intouch with ebay, he has took no notice and has opened a request for his money back. I will push it back to ebay, as i have done all i can, but getting in touch with and any sense from Ebay is like pulling teeth.

Plus will not be able to claim against the Royal Mail, as they delivered it and i cannot claim against ebay as the guy who bought it paid for that.

I had a similar situation recently. If tracking shows that your parcel was delivered to the eBay hub, your responsibility ends there. In my case, the buyer opened a claim against me, but eBay intervened, refunded the buyer, and closed the case without any complications on my end. I did absolutely nothing. I believe the same should apply in your situation. I hope this helps!
