Bringing this thread back to life. JJD is the only one with new releases for the the Sudan right now...The Nile boat and others still have a some time before release...but the the Nile boat is almost here!!!

I know what you mean. I'm only going after the Sudan right now and cherry picking other sets from manufacturers that I'm missing from other lines I have collected. Or sets that catch my eye...its a tough decision, but between Britians and JJD there are enough releases coming out to keep my...

LOL. Kirk just the Lancs came..The JJD were already there...I took better close up's of the figures that were released this month. Great sculpts!

Dragoon, I can't wait for that to be released...The Royal Marines will be a nice addition...If it wasn't for me being only focused on collecting this series at this time, I would have bailed, but I have always liked this conflict....So I'm sticking with it...but it's hard....

I think with JJD this has slowed the collectors getting involved with the series. The initial excitement has worn off.

Are the August releases still on track to come out this month?

Sandor, A few years ago I thought I read somewhere that those sets were either made for the ANZAC Museum or only for the Australian market..they may have even been a conceptual design that did no make it into production...I just can't remember the article.

I like a combination of both. It's a nice change of pace to collect some limited and not limited sets, no matter who the maker is.

Are you kidding me on these prices!?! I'm with you Mike, it would be nice to see the limited edition tag put on items. I loved to see some Sudan pieces come out as limited editions.
