Hello Louis Thanks for yr suggestion. That is a rabbit hole direction. Lots of differences in expectations between high art and verlinden. Hahahaha. I’m still thinking and looking but will try to figure out how to move away from the static verlinden to something else. Rgds Victor

I got this kit some decades ago but gave up then as it was rather complex. I recently took it out and will work further on it.

Hi all It appears that a light blue tunic with the sash belt draped over the left shoulder doesn’t really apply to any dress uniform. It applies only for the dark green tunic. So I will be changing the colour to a dark green tunic. Will have to convert other figures to get a light blue tunic.

Hi All, Finally started to slap some paint on one of these samurais.

I painted the face and relined the red parts.

And I spent New Year's day doing what I enjoy best - fooling around with an elegant 17th Cent Lady.

Final reshaping and detailing before I try to add the bugle cords.
