    Mr. Larry Lo

    Dear forum members, I am very sorry for your loss. Clearly the pain expressed on this forum by many of you is a testament to Larry's impact on your lives. I didn't know him personally however based on his participation in this forum I regarded him as toy soldier royalty. His "mancave" and the...

    Reflections and thoughts on "P"

    Glad to hear you believe that the 'P's are actually superior to the older releases. From other pictures I had suspected as much despite a lot of naysayers. Almost a year after they first dropped onto collectors my resolve to not purchase them is steadfast.........however as time passes I am...

    Finally, John Jenkins WW1, I'm in!!

    Me too!!! Great minds think alike! {sm3} I snapped a couple of quick pics of my first two JJ pick ups. I wanted to pick up the Red Baron before it flew off the shelves forever. I've been wanting that piece for a long time. For me its iconic and the most recognisable item from WWI. I also picked...

    "A Very Cautious Advance"

    Great diorama. Your scenery, ground effects, trees etc on their own would be tremendous and I think thats why you are a true master. :salute:: Now if we could only bring you over to the dark side and do some WWII dioramas!! {sm3}

    Pre-Flight checklist

    Always like an RAF scene. ^&cool I like the variety of effects you've done with your pictures.

    My Collection (TomNT)

    This is not a COLLECTION this is a STORE! {eek3} {sm3} Seriously though I've been marvelling at your collection, really well done. In many ways you display them like myself. I dislike keeping pieces in boxes so if I have it it goes on the shelf. My collection generally looks more like a parking...

    Displayability of the King & Country Building

    For me I think the full size buildings look great but in the end I have limited space and tons of pieces to display so the soldiers and AFV's will always win out over displaying buildings. For me the fascades are the only way to go given space/shelf limitations and I'd like to see more of them...

    King&Country January 2014 Dispatches Are Up !!!

    Well thankfully 2014 starts off quietly for my collecting habit. Cool dispatch but really nothing for me here. Finally no needs from the retirement list either! As an avid collector I welcome these types of dispatches every once in awhile to catch up on past releases still needed. Standouts for...

    What eras do you collect and why?

    Simple answer is TOO MANY! :redface2: My interest in history is just too wide and my collection reflects that. My emphasis is on WWII (especially D-Day and Arnhem), Napoleonics and the Crusades but I have a smattering of many other areas too. When I see a great piece I have a hard time...

    Crimea

    Cool. ^&cool All those Union Jack flagbearers are confusing those poor Russians..........case in point look at all the bullet holes in the flags versus the lack of British casualties, diabolical tactics. {sm4}

    Thank you all for a great Forum year

    Here here......a great big thank you to Treefrog for indulging all of us collectors and providing us a place to share our passions. Its a great addition to our toy soldier experience especially for those like myself who don't live in an area where there is a brick and mortar store or trade...

    The Age of Napoleon

    Excellent set and setup! I've got one too and have it set up much like you do here. Great stuff thanks for sharing. :cool:

    Hector & Harold out Hunting Huns!

    Nice looking tanks. I really like the camo scheme. The desert war was one campaign I had to "rightsize" in my collection. {sm2} I would really like to grab one of those tanks unfortunately there is waaaayyyy to much higher up on my priority list right now. Thanks for sharing. :salute::

    Afternoon Crusades Shots

    Awesome stuff as always. Really enjoy looking at your Crusades collection. I have a very modest one currently. :redface2: I often wonder when looking at all that chaos and all the different colours and kit how the combatants could actually tell each other apart in a skirmish!! {sm3}

    Winter beast

    Mean looking beast for sure. Really like the Zimmeritt treatment. I've got the original Normandy version but this one definitely tempts me.....only the evil twins money and space are getting in my way. ^&cool

    Merry Christmas and many thanks to you all!

    Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Happy New Year to you and your family Rob. All the best in 2014...........and that goes for the rest of you Treefroggers as well! :salute::

    The German's & their Allies !

    Never say never. K&C from time to time release out of the box potentially non-commercial limited releases as they stated on this thread. This wouldn't be my cup of tea but seems a reasonable niche request. Perhaps if its only the "badging" on some AFV's you need changing try contacting one of...

    The Bulge begins

    Great pics. Thanks for sharing. I always like the way you mix and match across different companies.
