Chicago is fine, I am in Chicago all the time. The Museum of Science and Industry has the U-505 U-boat exhibit which is an excellent visit, also the 1st Division museum. Home Run Inn Pizza is the best. I grew up a few streets away from the original location.

According to map quest The Kane County Fairground is only 11 miles (16 minutes) from Cantigny. It is well worth the trip. I have been to Cantigny many times both the tank park and museum are well worth the trip.

The Kane County Fairgrounds would be a great place for a show. Many shows are held on the grounds including a very large toy show. There is plenty of parking and there are a ton of restaurants just a few minutes from the fairgrounds.

I checked my bags, unfortunately I stored them in my attic and they have disintegrated. Many of them crumbled in my hand when I picked them up. I guess they should be stored in a climate controlled area. Brian
