The dinner figure was a early First Legion figure of a Afrika Korp tank man holding a water cup and canteen. The figure was not like the current figures. It has a regular brown base like a Britains and is 1/32 scale. I will post a pic when I sort the figures. John
Thanks Mike for posting there pictures of the show. I was happy to meet you in person, great guy to know and a creative guy also. My wife took 450 pics at the show and I will try to post some that have not been displayed. She usually never takes show pics. I had a good time in the evening. John

Shep Paine took the military plastic kits to a new level. His books and instruction sheets on dioramas set the pace on making better quality models. I saw Shep at many shows through the years and admired his work at MMSI. I am sad we lost another pioneer of the hobby. John
