Break up the mould frame
Clean up the mould, that is only cosmetic but I like to do that
The process of cutting up the mould and prepare it for casting will follow soon.
Easter … tastes like a chocolate bunny, smells like spring, sounds like children’s laughter, looks like a colourful Easter egg and feels like a smile. Enjoy collecting.
Happy Easter!
I have plans to do some casting, resin and pewter as well. Starting with a mould of a converted Elastolin figurine. Slightly tilted setup in order to achieve a good distribution of the resin to be casted. This follows the brief rule, right in and left out. More to follow soon.
Happy Easter...
Painted this standard Elastolin figurine No 3208 up as a "Glossy" Skeleton Warrior of the Cimbu tribe, Papua New Guinea

Due to Ana´s perfect "template" I could finish this conversion rather quickly.
Thanks again to anyone who did assist.
The surface of the figure was sanded, cleaned and polished. A thin coat of clear gloss varnish helped to unify evrything together.
