Animals are truly a great addition to any scene. Just painting a Schleich indian elepant pretending it is a young cow in (my prefered) 1/24 scale.

This is another great book on Frederic the Great Army. Printed in landscape format it does cover all of the 21 major battles the King of Prussia fought during his reign. The book starts with the: First Slesian War 16.12.1740 - 11.6.1742 Mollwitz 1741 Chozositz 1742 Second Slesian War 17.8.1744...

I have seen it at various locations inside or near Museums in Europe. Rather sure it is made or commissioned by an italian company. I think you might get it from shops dealing with decorative home items, I am sure I have seen it somewhere. I have a look.

Reprint of the 1935 book, text is obiously "rather contemporary" but the 700+ graphics are really great and well worth the investment.
