    TROPHY.

As New Owner of what nw remains from New Zealand (Ex Fleur Baix) Under two Flags, I have a number of Jock Coutts original TROPHY Mould toolings. These now assume a near "Priceless value" in the Industry. And to me too recuperate the funds the N Z operator squandered in other items they badly...

    TROPHY.

Trophy produced the finest sets of Glossy Toy Soldiers anywhere, probably in the entire Industry. Len Taylors very realistic animated sets of "fighting troops" enabled collectors of Glossy oy Figures to actualy be able to create whole realistic Scenes or Dioramas using Glossy Soldiers. That was...

    Battle for Arnhem....

And as a great many older eye witness books state, the Battle of Arnhem is a subject rather open to unique interpretation all of its own, I find the Arnhem example on here is noexception. Tho be it though toy soldier figures or Text and Photos.

    Battle for Arnhem....

It is difficult to express anything on here other than background , because always someone tries to say your nit picking....too bad.

    Battle for Arnhem....

No such thing. One is free to make observations on here, and lots of people do just that. If you do not like what i have said, you are always totaly free to write one of your own. Hi Jacking might well however, include trying to shut someone down for expressing their opinion.

    Battle for Arnhem....

Work from Bill Horan. Bill shared his skills and knowledge by writing a very useful book. But you have to actualy READ the book and practice and apply yourself to the skills. Not expect to push a computer button to have or enjoy works such as these....No sorry, todays toy soldiers and works...

    Battle for Arnhem....

Work Inspired and from Bill Horan. Not a single Computer existed THEN, and we DO NOT NEED OR WANT them now either....God gave us eyes ears and hands, use them to create beauty and Art....not some electronic no brainer box....

    Battle for Arnhem....

Work by Maitre D Ouvre Bill Horan. For years his work, and several others, set the standard of excellence in our Industry. Not a computer Matrix file made by CHOO WONG CHOW...... Or should I say "Fu Man Chu"???!!!!!

    Battle for Arnhem....

Artistic Methods of Sculpting, and proper use of Controposto, to achieve correct pose and anatomical accurracey, all go towards the creation and style of a well finished, well posed and detailed piece of work, namely the toy soldiers and Horses etc the collector wants to buy. We must guard...

Black Watch Firing On the way to Tasmania

His FACEBOOK Site remained in regular constant use since his "death" (an e mail sent by Anastasia but NO CERTIFICATE OR PROOF OF DEATH ever was found in searches or received). Wealso received a very suspicious e mail, purporting to come from Anastasia Simon, saying Abrahams family had...

    Trophy/Maison Militaire

It would be "interesting" to know what happened to TROPHY finally and if the toolings still exist. Where are they now? After being sold three tons of uter **** and CRAP by the N Z Simons, (the old Fleurbaix stuff) I might be interested in buying SOME though certainly NOT "all" the former...

    Battle for Arnhem....

I do not really endorse or support K and C figures as a collector . I find the quality of the Sculpting, especially the faces, rather "bland" and un realistic, the figures are larger than 1/32 Scale and rather "chunky"...and a lot of thin black painted "lines" reminiscent of Mid Seventies...

Black Watch Firing On the way to Tasmania

Tartan is the wrong colour and does not have any recognizable significant or accurrate pattern. Please better painting is required for your Glossy Toy Soldier sets, the quality level is not high enough I feel for us to buy or re sell from you.

A SIMON hid and kept these guns "back" from us and then lateron e mailed us trying to tell a story and sell them (as econd time) to us. I replied that we already bought them, they are 100% Mountford product, we have the box art and yes, even certainly some o the masters for them. Another BOO BOO...

British army gun crew with gun

Yes "Excuse me" but in FACT the GUn is from Mountford, was anounced "elsewhere" by the Simons as being "Specialy Commissioned for us by Dave Love" (creator originaly of the Mountford Range). We have cast iron proof, because we have tracked down Dave loves old original MOUNTFORD Box Artwork for...
