The problem is that straight white males have always had role models to look up to, everyone else not so much. If you have never had this problem then count yourself lucky :)

3D printing is becoming very popular in model railways, things that were not possible before are now being made. Even manufacturers are using them to produce items that have limited appeal which otherwise would not get made.

Here in Canada we have a tele-health system where you can call and speak to a nurse practitioner and they can advise where best to go to get help etc. In June I waited for 9 hours for a call back. As everything was locked down for Covid I didn't want to overwhelm the already chaotic emergency...
