It looks like these figures might be Governor General's Foot Guards as opposed to Canadian Grenadier Guards. GGFG have red plumes and CGG have white plumes

You can get W Britain's 78th Highlander from their Museum Collection at the Halifax Citadel. The regiment served there.
The Citadel is well worth the visit. Depending on your timing it may be staffed by reenactors

I think this is great for our Armed Forces . Unfortunately Peter MacKay is no longer Minister of National Defence . In a recent cabinet shuffle he is now Minister of Justice.
