Nice conversion Harrie and a smart idea on how to remove an unwanted base from a figure, never thought of that one..!!!. I guess that also works for standing/kneeling figures, Good idea for turning some infantry figures into tank riders..!!

Your Dio is looking great Guy, looking forward to seeing the finished item..!!. As far as the Canadian Scottish figures sure they could be used but as they landed on a different sector>>(Vaux) then it would not be historically correct, that being said i will be using these figures for a...
I like where you are heading with your suggestions. I too would love to see an M8 Howitzer, Normandy or Bulge. Also the Panzerwerfer 42 would be a fantastic addition to any serious WWII collection. The Opel Maultier would also be great in any shape or form...!!.

Correct!!....The M5 which was built by International Harvester was virtually the same as the M3. Not visible differrences were thicker armour...(it was less efficient!!) The visible differences were different Fenders, rounded corners on the rear of the bathtub, and the side window armour was...

Nice collection friend. I have all these pieces exept for the desert tiger. Those were the days when this stuff was affordable and you could add several pieces every month to build up your collection, now the prices have gone into orbit and lost touch with reality and i have to worry if there is...
I should have known that you were up there on the details Guy..!!....anyone can put a reasonable diorama together but its attention to the small details that make it a winner or not.
