Thanks Horus, would be nice to have such a figure although what we saw in "The longest day" is sometimes far from reality. To hide the statues to commemorate where the gliders landed they built sandbag bunkers around them.These bunkers were never there

you are absolutely right Louis, it is the biggest diorama I have ever built ( have not started yet, putting the bridge together and painting takes a lot of time

After provisionally assembling the kit to see if everything fits properly , and it does , well done FRONTLINE TERRAIN, painting has now started. I applied a dark primer first, followed by 2 layers of light grey enamel paint ( the plastic used in the 3D print absorbes a lot of paint )to finish...
