Unbelievable artistry in this paint job. I love the war torn and worn look of the uniform. Some of the paint jobs look like they stepped out of the department store without a speck of dirt on them. For realism figures have to be weathered in my opinion. Well done on this figure, I do not think...
Mark,
It is nice to see more emphasis on quality terrain items being offered. It just does not look good to display quality figures on cheap terrain. The realism factor is what makes dioramas come to life in my opinion. I bought some Paragon terrain at the Texas show and is really nice stuff. I...
YES,
I remember a time when Texas use to put on a pretty good Toy soldier Show. I guess that was the "GOOD OLD DAYS". Thanks for all the photos of the Chicago Show to all who posted. It brings back old memories.

WOW,
Great artistic work, I have never seen plastic figures painted so well. Great Job, My father was there and I have all his medals and battle ribbons as in your picture with campaign stars on the ribbons. "FOLLOW ME" Second Marine Division. Thanks for sharing.

Well if no one knows the current value, the OP can post pictures of these 3 items and put a price on them and see if it sticks. He knows what he paid and should know what he wanted to make on them when he bought them for resale. Pictures are a must for these items.

Well I should be making my annual trip to San Antonio next week for the highlight of the year for us in Texas. But to our dishonor we are not able to carry the Lone Star Banner forward as the Texas Toy Soldier Show is no more. Cut down like our Texians at Goliad. Maybe we can regroup like Sam...
Can someone please send me a picture of the 92nd Highlander that goes with this set. I think there is something missing on my figure because I cannot get him into the hole on the Buglers horse. If I can get a picture of the figure where it attaches I can see what the problem is. This is the...
I suggest you reply by phone to W. Britains like UKsubs did and talk to them directly. It does no good to complain to the choir. You need to call them and get your complaints to the source. I am sure that you can buy the same figures that we can in the US so we all are in the same boat. I am...
The sad part about these flags is that the American Rev. is my favorite period and I was very happy when JJD came out with this range. But I am very disappointed in the Flags and I hope that he redoes the flags to your suggested "B" version and not just stay with what he has offered. I think...
I have the same opinion on their other ranges. I only noticed on this range how fake they look. Make them more realistic and I for one will pay the price if that is the issue.

I like the JJ figures but they should not skimp on the Flags even at the need to raise the price. The beauty of the 18th century is that all armies carried their colorful standards in battle. I think they should be the most attractive figure on the table. That is just my opinion.

By phone and most of the time Erika answers. I have asked for Ken but he is busy and has not been able to talk but he is usually there also. If you get a chance to talk to him he is very engaging.

I don’t know how many of you get the “Rivet” news letter but they have a picture of the Saratoga flag bearers. Maybe it’s the way it was photographed but it does not look real. Is it me?
