I recently watched a short documentary on Adrian Carton de Wiart. I do believe he is one of the biggest bada$$es of his generation. I can't think of a company better suited to make a series of figures chronicling the uniforms and injuries he sustained throughout his life and love of war...

I come on from time to time, see who's making what, etc. Happy to see there is still interest in this collecting genre. I've shifted into other areas of interest and fun.

It's been some years since I've posted here but thought this object might be worth you all seeing. I found it at an auction in Bucks County PA in a box full of other hangers, box lots out in a field. I couldn't imagine it could be real but it is. This clothes hanger is from the 1936...

Perhaps. I so rarely get back to NYC these days. I use a private shipper for all my east coast deliveries and, when I do get back, I scramble out of there as fast as I can. I couldn't have imagined NYC being busier and having any more traffic than 20 years ago but... Hope all is good with you.

Really great seeing all these HECO pieces. Tony and Adele were great and prolific producers. My dads shop was the primary seller of these in the US and much of what we got was immediately sent to South America.

Has there been an anniversary thread for Johns lists?
