    New Releases

So this morning Parcelforce delivered the TG FL gun and crew, 3 German tankers and the Gestapo figure. All good but FL gun and crew is a crackerjack set.

FL have a lot on sale full stop! Great time to pick up things you felt you couldn't afford. Although a bit disappointed the FL slain Persian elephant was heavily reduced after I had paid full price, import duties and shipping. But that's life.

Ottoman Heavy Cavalry in March 2025

One day when I have a few hours to 'play'.

    Upcoming: Stay Tuned!

These look too good to resist - I will be in for these once released. TM seem to be going for smaller output but higher quality.

Ottoman Heavy Cavalry in March 2025

I actually have 12B. A great choice. I have added the Manes Marzano Ottoman artillery (these are terrific) and plan to intergrade the TM Ottomans with the artillery sets together with some First Legion Mamelukes for either a siege of Vienna (with my TM and FL Winged Hussars) or Battle of the...

Ottoman Heavy Cavalry in March 2025

Yep they are really good but expensive. I have ordered another 5 of the new releases from Julie plus the last mounted Templar Knight I didn't have.

I have ordered the complete redoubt and will get the Sheffield Minuatures Hill sections to set it up right.

At last more lowland figures to add to the 4 I have from many years ago.

New Releases for July 2025 - Anglo-Zulu War

Ordered 2 wagons as I am going to need 8 in total from 5 variants. Ordered Zulu, bugler, mounted infantryman and set of 2 British infantry.

    New Releases

I think Artillery Crazy has well and truly made his point. Maybe he could focus on something else and let those who bought the set enjoy it without his commentary on its accuracy.

New Releases for July 2025 - The Ancients (Egypt & Rome)

We have had a lot of Iberian infantry. I am stopping buying them this month.

These look stunning. I shall be ordering these from Julie.

    Mamelukes & Ottomans

When K&C released their Napoleon in Egypt range I snapped up most of the releases. But, no doubt to market forces, there was no opposition figures. I did get some Alexanders Toy Soldiers Mameluke cavalry but they came in at 54 mm so a little too small. I have now managed to source from Argentina...

    NEW ROMAN ARCHERS

I have 40 of the older auxiliary archers, used to buy multiples back in the day. Would be interested in getting a few Praetorian ones when released. You can never have too many archers.

    July

Happy with whatever is released My guess would be some Zulus, Bunker Hill entrenchments, a few ancients ( Hitite chariots and Samnites would be fantastic) and more figures for the Jacobite Rebellion, some ACW mounted artillery and a Gold Rush set But my guess is as good as anyones.

    New questions for Julie

These look more Thomas Gunn style.

    No Gren Cred

Just a thought. If you have lots of old stock how about a sale discounting the figures. I have picked up lots of items from First Legion sales together with less extensive William Britain' sales and the slight discounting of older King and Country ranges. It would bring in revenue and clear...

I got the latest Ottoman cavalry (3 of them) and would love to have the other 3 previewed. I would buy the Foreign Legion figures but suspect Mexican troops would be a long time before they arrived. So on that basis I decided not to go for them. I have many TM figures from Franco/Prussian War...
