Thanks for showing these vehicles off! I’ve got examples of all three as well and TGM has done a beautiful job with them.

    Blacksmith Shop

Fantastic looking building! It could work for a wide range of eras from the Medieval period into the 20th Century.

    BUTTONED UP

Awesome pics, Wayne! I’m hoping FL will eventually make more Soviet tank crews so their tanks don’t always have to be “buttoned up”… The T-34/85 along with the T-70, T-62, WoT IS-7, and even their T-34/76 really need some crew apart from the long-retired RUSSTAL022 figure.

Capo hoping his broken panther gets fixed, for the journey to surrender to the Americans continues.

Great work! I always love seeing your scenes, Rafael.

A Scene on Morotai Island, April 1945

A scene depicting RAAF ground crew personnel working on the Spitfire Mk VIII flown by Fred Inger of No. 80 Wing, No. 457 Squadron, RAAF, in April 1945 while based on Morotai Island. Fred Inger and his C/O, Wing Commander Bobby Gibbes, are depicted as well. A section of JG Miniatures “Sand and...

    Der Nachtjägerwürger… The New ACE-211 FW-190A8/R11 Model

Thanks Mike and 29 Let’s Go! This FW-190 was a night fighter and the antennas on the wings are for the FuG 218 Neptun J3 radar system the aircraft was equipped with. This aircraft was also modified with a pair of flame damper fins over the exhaust stacks, which John has replicated. Overall...

Cadillac of the Skies - The P-51D & Figures

Thanks everyone for the kind words on my display. John did a great job providing just the right figures to make an engaging yet compact display and it definitely all goes together well.

    Der Nachtjägerwürger… The New ACE-211 FW-190A8/R11 Model

The night fighting shrike… Here’s yet JJD FW-190 post; however, I received the new ACE-211 FW-190A8/R11 night fighter model yesterday and it’s a beauty! John outdid his previous efforts with the quality of the paint, mottling, and weathering on this model. The radar antennas come pre-attached...

Josef Priller & His Beautiful Jutta - The JJD FW-190A8

Thanks for the kind comments on my display! John’s FW-190 is a solid and well done model and I’m really glad he chose to do Josef Priller’s aircraft that he flew during the Normandy invasion among hundreds of other FW-190 schemes he could have chosen… But wait until you all see John’s new...

Josef Priller & His Beautiful Jutta - The JJD FW-190A8

And since I’m on a roll, here’s another JJD WWII aircraft vignette with Josef Priller’s FW-190A8 and figures. John’s FW-190 is a fantastic model combining the ideal mix of accuracy, detail, and functionality. I’ve got mine displayed with the ACE-201P “Priller & Wingman” set and a few other...

Cadillac of the Skies - The P-51D & Figures

I’ve not seen anyone post pictures of the JJD P-51D with the USAAF Pilots and Ground Crew figures yet, so here’s some pics of my little display. The figures are nicely done and collectively make for a great scene with the P-51. John’s P-51 is not his greatest aircraft model (he totally messed up...

New Releases for September 2025 - World War II German Armour

Definitely looking forward to this! Arguably the best all-around DAK Panzer III at the moment 😎

New Releases for August 2025 - Second World War Knights of the Skies

Barkmann, there are so many planes I’d love to see John make - which reminds me, whatever happened to that F6F Hellcat that was previewed several years ago?

    Tank Crews

I can’t really vouch for the Kronprinz figures as I don’t have any; however, War Park’s tanker figures are available in quantity and work perfectly with First Legion, John Jenkins, and other proper 1/30 scale vehicles. Here’s some pics from my photo library of War Park’s tanker figures crews...

News Update August 4th, 2025 - WWII German Armor Special Pre-Order - Now Expected January 2026!

Very nice! I like the inclusion of the zimerit coating. It’s definitely not the case that John decided to make just the “Porsche” turret part and stick it on his existing King Tiger chassis - it’s an entirely new chassis. Definitely some significant-enough differences between this vehicle from...

    New pics

I’m excited to see the Kursk Soviets… I’ve got a place for those 😎 And Hunter Rose, check out the RA006 and RA008 sniper team figures from War Park. They are pretty versatile and don’t have bases so can be placed just about anywhere… The FL snipers do look good though!

News Update July 28th, 2025 - WWII German Armor

Yeah, John made the Commander and Crew for the Jagdpanther; the various early WWII Panzer I crew figures, and he also did the loaders and medics/wounded panzer crew for the Panzer I Munitionschlepper and ambulance vehicles; however in terms of figures to go in hatches or even tank orders, John...
