Hello.
I will be in Belgium in June. We hope to see Bruges, Ostend, Ypres, Ghent, Antwerp, and Brussels.
Does anyone know where I can see or buy any toy soldiers? I am open to visiting museums, stores, and markets of any kind.
Thanks
MikeNick
Hello.
I will be going to Brussels this summer.
I want to visit the Royal Military Museum. There are so many guided tours.
Does anyone have some recommendations? I only have a few hours so any advice would help.
I am also allocating a day for guided tours of Ypres and its museeum and...
Thanks. I will be keeping my fingers crossed.
I also wish someone would make a Greek trireme. I've seen the Carthagenian and Roman ones, but I am not that into ancient Rome.
Hi.
Am I correct in assuming that there will be no further JJD releases of the Trojan War line? I was hoping for a Trojan Horse and Achilles dragging Hector's body around Troy.
Thanks,
MikeNick
When I visited the shop years ago, the owner spoke of having people paint figures at home for him to sell. Then, state working regulations led him to stop.
Hi.
Does anyone know if W. Britains plans to release any future monarchs?
I have ordered Alfred The Great. I am wondering if anyone has heard of other figures in the pipeline or on the drawing board?
Thanks,
MikeNick
He resembles a character from a TV series on the Saxons fighting the Viking. It was called the Last Kingdom. This figure resembles Uhtred. That's why I bought mine!
Hi.
I am getting my house treated for bugs using a heat treatment of 120 degrees over a 24 hour period.
My question is do I need to pack up my metal toy soldiers or is it safe to leave them in place?
Thanks
MikeNick
Thank you .
Are there any other toy soldier shops in London that you recommend? This would be in addition to Antonio's, Armory Sint James, and Andy Morants.
Thanks,
MikeNick
