It was a good show from my point of view - March is always a quiet show but I chatted to a lot of people, gave away more price lists than usual and took some money.. I am moving up to 18 feet for the next show as I can't show everything I want to at the moment and am also launching a buildings...

New 4.7" Naval gun on improvised wooden carriage with limber. Full set will include oxen, native drivers and naval bridage figures. Gun Crew currently being sculpted.

I enjoyed it but had to stop commenting while watching as comments like "but that man died before the other one was at court so they never met"... plus comments on the mix of uniforms on show apparently weren't very helpful according to my wife!
I agree that if the paint is lifting off with the varnish coat then it is a problem with the primer, not the varnishing...
You need to leave varnish to dry for at least 4 hours before touching it and it takes 24 hours to harden and dry completely...
You'll just have to learn some patience :-)
Extremely impressive but it is just a virtual file sculpted on a computer not an actual physical thing you can hold...
We are still a way off producing work like that on 3d printers at an affordable price
What varnish are you using? The white frosting look can be caused by spraying too close as the propellent reaches the figure or by spraying in humid conditions. If the varnish does frost then coating it in another layer by brushing on will dissolve the frosted layer and dry clear.

Thanks - this was specifically requested in matte by the customer.
It was a bit of a long haul to get this set together as I only had 2 tiny photos of the original and although I had some of the masters it took a while to work out which seats went with the limber and which went with the gun...
Really sorry to hear that you are having these issues.
Things do go wrong with packaging - as you know from one of the first orders I sent you that there was an issue with. But, as a vendor you accept your mistakes and correct it and send a replacement.
There is no excuse for blaming others...
Al, sorry but I don't have any of the original AQM boxes or labels - I am producing the sets and boxing them up in Imperial Miniatures labelled boxes.
