    Series revisited

Is there a demand for older series to be revisited? Just the odd figure here and there? K&C KGL are great figures and would love to see one or two more - another skirmisher or two, standing ready or biting a cartridge - in the same style as the originals. The new stuff is fantastic but it...

    What's next for Napoleonics ?

I’d like some French casualties in the Voltigeur and Line Infantry ranges. No point the riflemen firing 3 rounds a minute if they don’t hit anything :)

    Australians - Rugby League thoughts?

Wasn’t aware of this rule change in the NRL and I don’t think there has been talk of it in Superleague which might start again next month. I agree it does look like it will favour the fitter and faster teams so hopefully it won’t come over here as my team, Wakefield Trinity, aren’t the fittest...

    Dimensions of SP017

Hi Stefan, the farmhouse sits on a base. Without the base the height is 222mm and the base adds a further 28mm so total height would be 250mm. The base is 245mm by 95mm. You don’t need the base to complete the courtyard if height is a problem, but it does look better. Regards.

1917: Inspired by His Grandfather’s War Stories

Saw it this afternoon. Great film and highly recommended. A lot was filmed about 3 miles from my house on Salisbury Plain where I walk the dog so extra interest for me. No CGI, no special effects just a story that gripped from start to finish and the photography/cinematography outstanding.

    How-To: Picture Frame Vignette Dioramas

Great idea.....picked this frame up for £1 in a charity shop. Recycle the glass, card in the wood burner, quick sand and wax and it’s good to go.

    What's coming Wednesday

I’m still picking up the new Napoleonic Redcoats one or two a month which are great. My wish list would include a couple each of Napoleonic French Volitigeurs and Line Infantry casualties......and some climbing/carrying ladders to get over the walls into the courtyard would be brilliant.

    Well what are you Expecting/Wanting?

I’d like some Napoleonics - wounded Voltigeurs or wounded Line Infantry. These seem to have fizzled out.

    Surprising pub visit

Stopped off for a pint yesterday in a nondescript pub in a small village on Somerset, the Knatchbull Arms..... The Knatchbull played host to the largest single gathering of American Generals away from American soil. Shrouded in some secrecy, Joseph Stillwell, Omar Bradley, Henry 'Hap' Arnold...

    An Idea*

Hi Scott, From a collectors point of view I wholeheartedly agree. From a business point of view......no idea, I don’t know much about business so I’ll stay away from that argument. Figures that spring to mind for me would be the US medic in the 4 figure Battle of the Bulge GI prisoner set...

    Bending back into shape?

I have a JJD limber with the arms slightly bent. Any special tips for bending them back or is it just a case of slowly and gently? Thanks.
