With the recent flooding we had in the Midwest I eneded up getting about 8 inches of water in the basement......so I took the opportunity to add some additional lighting and shelves for my 100% K&C Collection......I still have more to put up.....should have built more shelves! :rolleyes...

My good friend Larry isnt the only one with a recently completed "Man Cave". Of course I didnt have to buy a whole other place to complete mine......just finished a basement! Of course I share mine with my little man as well.........

A long time ago I wanted a "White Washed" Sherman to go with my BoB Dio......KC didnt make one so I made my own from an extra "Easy 8 Sherman" I had laying around........I love it!

All I can say is that the "Fighting for the Bridge" thread was started on Saturday, then KC had a high level meeting at the corporate office on Sunday and by Monday we have the line back. Yep yep thats how this went down....... I'm sorry all those other threads were so ineffective! {sm4} You...

Ron will be ok.....he lives in D.C. and understands that the people have spoken! :cool:

Ludwig, Thanks for your "young man" remarks......coming from a guy who turns 40 on Monday it is appreciated! Here is the true future.....my 4 year old son who loved the KingsX strore as well. I dont collect the Alamo series but he walked out of the shop with a couple of the figures that are...

I finally made a visit to San Antonio and made it into KingsX! This is the first time I have ever been in a retail historical miniature store......great time. Loved seeing all the items on display! The treated me like a King and I walked out with some cool stuff too!

I had the pleasure of meeting Chuck at the Chicago show years ago.......great guy and will be missed. Cant help to think that he is at peace now as he should be after his faithful service to this great country.
