Andrew, I do recall some Brits that came out for the 50th anniversary of D-Day which I think were available to members only for purchase. I don't think the "free" with membership figure was ever from the World Wars.

Dave, I wouldn't be surprised if Norman Joplin already has all the lists done for his new book, since its supposed to cover 1983 --2003 at least, with photos. Maybe after publication, something could be extracted from that?
