You can use a sharp X-acto blade and very carefully carve out the viewing port. Or paint the viewing port a gloss silver to represent glass. Mark

I purchased a set of 3D printed miniatures on eBay from a seller in China. I am impressed with how detailed they are and they require very little clean up. I am in the process of painting this miniature, and it is one of nine I'll be painting for a new diorama I'll be creating. Mark
