    M59 Armored Infantry Vehicle

Not a Forces of Valor diecast but I thought it was appropriate to show this conversion here. The M59 was the inspiration for the future M113 by Food Machinery and Chemical Corp. I converted this from a factory replica I found on Ebay. It measures out to be 1/32 so the size difference should be...

    US Army XM734 MICV

True, RPGs were bad news for any M113 in Vietnam.

    US Army XM734 MICV

This conversion is the XM734 Mounted Infantry Combat Vehicle as tested during the Vietnam War by the US Army. It was not totally successful but it did lead to future designs.

Here is a group photo.. thanks for info on call-signs. Didn't see that section. I plan on remarking them once I find suitable decals.

Aussie M125A1 81mm Mortar Track and M577A1 ACV in Vietnam

This completes the Australian Vietnam M113 series. The mortar track has full interior and was a blast to make. The markings are totally made up but I did get the idea for the M60 machine gun mounted on top of the m577 from the terrific book "Mud & Dust". Thanks for viewing my conversions.

    Standard M113

An unmarked, no external gear track is portrayed here.

    IDF M163 Hovet

It is advertised as 1/32 and I believe it because K&C figures look too large next to it. But with some scale distance they may look ok.

    IDF M163 Hovet

Thought it was time to represent a huge user of the M113 series, the Israeli Defense Forces. This is the M163 Hovet anti-aircraft version.

    Aussie M113A1 Fire Support Vehicle

Here is my Centurion. Dont be to hard on it. I know it should lose the smoke canisters and the decals are totally fictitious, but I love this model! Not sure if the Aussies used .50 cal machine guns or not but I liked the way it looks. Thanks for viewing it. Oh yeah its supposed to be...

    Aussie M113A1 Fire Support Vehicle

Thank you Northgate Woods for your comments. I must confess that I intended to portray an actual track but the decals were missing from the donor Tamiya kit I used for this conversion. With that in mind I resorted to two things I have plenty of.....spare parts and artistic license!! I do...

    United Nations M113A1 Peacekeeper

Thanks for the compliment. I truly do love the M113 ever since I got to sit in one as a kid. Whenever I see a unique version of one I just have to build it. I hope the new Forces of Valor company re-releases the M901 ITV because its getting harder to find them and my stash is running low...

    Custom M6 Linebacker

The M6 Linebacker was a little known variant of the Bradley IFV. The TOW launcher was replaced with the Stinger launcher for air defense.
