Use a straight edged razor blade and wiggle the blade across the neck (or whatever).
Let the blade do the work and go slowly.
Be careful not to cut off any shoulders while removing heads. Allow clearance for the part of the blade that you are not cutting with.
Practice with a few junk figures.
I have taken numerous photos. If you want the file, send me your email address and I'll forward it to anyone interested.

PUT SAE in the title, so I know what it is.
My conversions of some Philly Associator's, galloping across the lush Penn landscape. An unfortunate Continental colleague lies, unnoticed.
Perry or Foundry bodies and horses. KMM Heads and various arms.
Painted by John Bryant. Terrain by me. All scratchbuilt.
Picked up a 5 pound box of old SAE. PM if interested. All mixed with some nice ACW Artillery pieces and crews. Maybe 30 CSA in good shape. NO BOXES.
Knights, Japanese, all sorts of stuff.
I came across 4 Russian made Ninjas or Japanese fighting soldiers.
These figures are NOT in perfect shape. I found them thrown in a toolbox with a bunch of other metals.
Two have their swords broken off.
I'll put up a basic picture of each, but I have more detailed close ups.
I would like to...

Riders are sent out from the Continental Congress on a hot summers day in July, 1776.
"It's Independence, Independence." they shout as they ride from town to town.
They use the back roads, take shortcuts through the fields to spread the word.
The British won't take kindly to the news.
"Hear Ye...
I have a boxed set of two Omega Napoleonic Wars boardgames. The counters are unpunched and everything looks as if it was never taken out of the box. It's unused.
The first game is:
War to the Death
Napoleon Confronts Spain 1810-1813
The second is:
Napoleon's Liepzig Campaign
August 14 -...
I hope this is the right venue for this. I bought a collection today that includes 1950's Britains Cowboys and Indians, a set of 6 Mounties on horses and about 30 animals. In the whole bunch there may be 3 or 4 UNbroken figures. Lots of horses with broken legs. These are simple figures with the...
The finished Von Specht unit at Bennington.
Perry figures painted by Pep Dominguez of Spain
Basing by me. All the groundwork is home made.
Flags are GMB, I think.
Third totally completed unit this month.
A new world record for me.
Nothing is wrong. Ideal cast figures in various shades of color as did all the major figure makers back in the '50's an '60's.
I have dozens of these in several different shades including some that are almost translucent.
You can find Marx 7 th Cavalry figures in several different shades of...
There are my, finally finished, 52 Foot at Bunker (Breeds) Hill.
Plastic WGF assembled and painted by Iowa Jeff, with the last 4 figures done by pinch hitter (painter) extraordinaire, John Bryant.
I did all the basing and all of the vegetation is home made in Santa's Workshop.
I'm finally...
The Knight on the left is a real Timpo. At least that's a Timpo base. No other company made that color base.
The Knight on the right looks like a Timpo copy to me. Transogram or HK perhaps.
Are the arms and legs over moulded or are they separate pieces?
Real Timpos do not have separate arms...
They are from two different makers.
The female with the green base is most likely from a Cherilea swoppet knight set. They made swoppets in a 65 MM scale.
I do not know if they included a Maid Marian, Queen or Lady in Waiting in the set.
I would guess that they did, as everyone else was...
I have decided to sell off my Conte ACW collection.
I have all of the multi part diorama sets and most of his first 10 years or so, of Conte releases.
As of now, I do not have a complete list. A computer crash wiped out my spreadsheet listing.
If you wish to find that missing piece, contact me...
Scott, I have a bug about Replicants. Over priced, out of scale and full of flash.
Quality control is laughable, which is a shame really because they have some really cool ideas for figures.
You can get two 45 mm figures, two 54 mm figures and two 60 mm figures in the same pack of 6 Zouaves or...
