I did my 'bit' and marched down the Terrace in Perth with my fellow gunners.
There were big crowds cheering on the marchers on this day of national of Remembrance.

Oh, sad I missed this museum, seems I hadn't done my research.
What I did see in Prague was a Toy Museum in the Prague castle, it even had a BARBIE museum :(

Here is my Austrian with turned up hat, a Sapper by New Hope Design, from the Napoleonic era.
You can see the figure and the style of headgear, but I do agree about the figures is a Jaeger.

Nice figure, but the Sentry Box will need a repaint ..... I'm sure that all the boxes around the palace now have the a 'F' instead of an 'M' following the coronation of King Frederik X this year !!!

Here is one in my collection, General La Tour Moubourg who served on Napoleon's Grand Armee.
He lost his left leg from the knee at the Battle of Leipzig in 1813 but went on to serve in the Restoration Government up until 1821.
He was quoted as famously stating when his valet wept upon sight...

Fron the colours of the turban and his coat I'd say he if The Queen's own Corps of Guides.
He could possibly be a repaint if you can't see him in a catalogue.

These are by 'The East of India Company' ( TEoIC ) a HK Based company from the early 2000's, now retired.

This range of figures are from the Boxer Rebellion series and feature a Royal Navy Landing party with machine gun.
Other ranges were Samurai and later range of Ancients, like Trojans.
