What materials are the JJD aircraft made of? I don't have any of these planes in my collection, but perhaps this will change.

Thank you. I am pleased with the finished product, but during the building process, I wasn't sure how everything would be assembled. Some trial and error but I eventually figured it out.

Blake with TG can probably explain better......but I'll give it a go.
The plane is made of kiln dried Philippine Mahogany and the lines you see represent panel lines that helps give the aircraft more definition. The lines, for whatever reason, are more pronounced in my photos than in person...
