Got a lot of catching up to do. Working on a ton of projects. Large scale figures and vignettes, Sheet rocking a garage. Working on, maintaining and riding 4 motorcycles. Just life I guess. When things get a little more situated I will do some more toy figures.
Pastel chalks the kind you get from art stores or hobby shops work great for weathering pigments. Just scrape the chalk with a razor. Viola! Instant pigments!
Recently I discovered a company called Reaper. They make all kinds of figures mostly 28mm for wargaming but also some 54's A lot of them are fantasy but they are really fun. This is a piece I entered for a competition.
PM me with a list or through facebook
As a matter of fact you can go on facebook and like the KV page and see all the stuff I have been doing. Well not all really but a lot.
My opinion? The first road trip, the first rain, the first battle none of it matters. If it is close and you can tell what it is I. It should be good enough:salute::
I am with you Brad. Richard Walker used to cast his own figures when he was a kid. Just don't let them try to make ingots with a coffee cup for a mold.
